Describe your nonprofit experience.
I come from the mental health space. I started my career as a crisis line worker, and later ran a crisis chat and text program. I was also briefly the Executive Director of a Chamber of Commerce/Economic Development organization and the Research Analyst for a democracy nonprofit.
Why are you passionate about Human Services?
I love the impact that every one of our clients makes. Knowing that technology can help make that easier and faster is very exciting, and I love that Provisio can help them get there with our knowledge of Salesforce.
What do you do in your role at Provisio?
As a Business Analyst, I get to collect good requirements for what a client needs. This ensures that we design a solution that meets the unique needs of the organization before our team of awesome Admins builds it.
Why did you choose to work for Provisio?
Even from the outside, it was clear that Provisio is dedicated to ensuring the best possible experience for our clients and the people they serve. Now that I’m on the inside I’m impressed every day by each person’s commitment to ensuring the best results for every organization we work with.
Marjorie lives in Saint Louis, Missouri. She received her Master’s degree in English from Truman State University. Her responsibilities at Provisio Partners include content creation and technical writing.
