Normally we spend January reflecting upon our past (WHY did I eat all my kid’s leftover Halloween candy again? WHEN will I get back to my duolingo Spanish lessons?) But we at Provisio like to be proactive, so we thought, why wait until January to reflect upon 2023? 

If we had to pick a theme for this year, it would probably be new. We recently celebrated our sixth year as a company and are thrilled with all the growth we have seen during this relatively short amount of time.

New Status

We kicked off the year with the news that we reached Summit Level as a Salesforce consultancy. What does that mean? We met several objectives, including Customer Success, Innovation, Growth, and Leadership in Equality and Sustainable Development. It is the highest level a consulting firm can reach in the Salesforce ecosystem.

For the second consecutive year, Provisio also made the Inc. 5000 list.

New Office

While we adored our previous office space, it was time for us to make a move. If you’ve seen any of our photos or videos, you’ll understand why (Follow us on LinkedIn to get the inside scoop.)

New Services

Nonprofits and public sector agencies rarely had access to strategic Advisory Services paired with an expert technical team. BUT NOW THEY DO. Provisio’s Advisory Services can help organizations position themselves to maximize funding and amplify the impact of their programs and services. This is huge!

New Humans

Because of our growth, we have hired many new team members, and we continue to grow the number of clients we serve. 

Also, quite literally, the Provisio team has added some new humans to the world. (We have a generous parental leave policy.) Welcome, Provisio babies!

While completing 447 projects and serving 225 clients, we have maintained a 4.9 Customer Satisfaction Score. We remain laser-focused on client success, as it drives all of our work.
