Provisio Profiles: TJ Grace

About Provisio Profiles

In this series, we will highlight several of our incredible team members. Get to know Provisio!

Describe your nonprofit experience.

I have over fifteen years of nonprofit experience and have loved everything about it. I started my career with the Boys & Girls Club of the Three Affiliated Tribes, which guided me into data and as the Director of Organizational Impact. I transitioned to other Boys & Girls Clubs in Illinois and South Dakota, leading an implementation and ushering in new programs while serving a record number of youth. Thereafter, I worked for our Tribe as the Field Service Manager that led an implementation and a department to become data-driven to better serve our infants on the reservation. I worked my way back to Illinois and found myself as a Deputy Director of Projects at a Community Mental Health Center. My nonprofit experience has shaped me into who I am today, and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Why did you choose to work for Provisio?

Provisio is a Veteran-led entity that promotes and instills integrity, curiosity, creativity, trust, and gratitude. As a fellow Vet, I find the leadership and values combined with the digital impact made for entities that are looking to create change. Why not Provisio?

What do you do in your role at Provisio?

I’m a Project Manager on the Delivery Team. As the Project Manager, I work with our Partners to ensure we are building a system that will digitally transform their organization into a desired state. More importantly, in my role I make sure that our Partner and Provisio Team are having fun!

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Our Partners and Provisio Team members are what I enjoy most about my work. Our Partners are eager and excited for change, and our Provisio team are experts with backgrounds in nonprofits. With this particular combination, it’s guaranteed (and unavoidable) to enjoy what I do.
