What do you do in your role at Provisio?
As the Delivery Director, I strive to serve others, both internally and externally. My typical day usually involves a mix of client-facing activities and Provisio-based initiatives; I even dabble a bit in Sales focusing on our Support and Managed Services offerings. I have several direct reports, each of whom I credit for my day-to-day wins. I support our Leadership staff in bringing new ideas to fruition and enjoy the opportunity to think critically and creatively about our approach to impact and long-term success for our clients.
Why did you choose to work for Provisio?
As a licensed secondary school teacher, I wanted to extend my teaching skills to a role that would allow me the opportunity to move beyond the classroom, but also maintain my focus on serving others. I joined Provisio in 2018 as a Training Consultant and have grown so much personally and professionally since. I’ve expanded my interpersonal and intrapersonal skills exponentially and fostered so many wonderful relationships in the process.
As Provisio has grown, I keep choosing it, day after day and for a darn good reason. I am surrounded by the absolute best teammates, and I get to help organizations serve their people better – what more could you ask for?
What is your favorite Salesforce tool?
The Favorite button. So simple yet SO powerful as a time-saving tool.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
There are so many things that come to mind when I reflect on this question. At the root of it all, it’s the people. It’s the clients that have turned into my work family; clients that have expanded their ability to serve their communities due to their Salesforce implementation. It’s our fearless Leadership staff that share an impeccable vision. It’s the way they challenge me to strive for greatness and do all they can to support me along the way. It’s my brilliant colleagues – each of whom possesses their own level of genius and brings so much heart to the work that we do.
Marjorie lives in Saint Louis, Missouri. She received her Master’s degree in English from Truman State University. Her responsibilities at Provisio Partners include content creation and technical writing.
