Provisio Profiles: Molly Hill

About Provisio Profiles

In this series, we will highlight several of our incredible team members. Get to know Provisio!

Describe your nonprofit experience.

Prior to starting at Proviso Partners, I worked at two different Chicago-based nonprofits both within the refugee and immigrant services field. The first was an organization called Heartland Alliance, where I led their small and mighty Family Literacy / Early Childhood Education program, which is a part of a larger Refugee and Immigrant Services department. I then moved over to a family support position at Asian Human Services, a nonprofit that works in partnership with a charter school called Passages. Our team offered wrap-around services directly out of Passages School which was useful because it allowed us to provide more well-tailored services to families in our programs. This is especially important for folks facing barriers to resources with things like lack of accessible transportation.

I had exceptional experiences in both programs and feel lucky to have had the chance to build partnerships with the families, employees, and children in each one. These programs also introduced me to Salesforce, as I was part of their initial implementation process, and used Salesforce to track and provide important program data which demonstrated our success to leaders and funders.

Why are you passionate about human services?

I love that folks in the human services field are committed to service and that human services organizations often offer folks a strong and important sense of community. I have witnessed the vital role that nonprofits can play in people’s lives and am honored that I can come to work every day and support those goals and build relationships with like-minded people who are committed to doing such admirable and important work.

Why did you choose to work for Provisio?

I appreciate Provisio team members’ high level of expertise with both Salesforce technology and human services and nonprofit organizations. Because many of our employees come from nonprofit backgrounds, we have a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and an understanding of the day-to-day experience of providing direct service; this allows us the opportunity to deliver the best possible solutions and support to organizations. I also admire Provisio’s commitment to innovation, growth, and career development for its employees.
