Provisio is honored to have been selected as one of Crain’s 2024 Best Places to Work in Chicago. The awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the 100 best companies to work for in Chicago. In partnership with Workforce Research Group, Crain’s surveyed thousands of employees and their employers on the working conditions, benefits, and corporate culture that make a company a great place to work. Winners were determined by the results of Workforce Research Group’s weighted surveys. To be considered for participation, companies had to:
- have at least 25 full- or part-time permanent employees working in (or reporting to a
manager in) the Chicago area. - have a physical operation in the Chicago area.
be a publicly or privately held business, either for-profit or nonprofit, or a government
organization. - have been in business for at least one year at the program registration deadline.
How Winners are Selected
Determining the Best Places to Work in Chicago involved a two-step process. The first consisted of evaluating each company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation. The second consisted of employee surveys to assess their experiences and attitudes. This part was worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation. Workforce Research Group managed the registration and survey process and analyzed the data, using its expertise to determine the final ranking.
Being recognized by Chicago Craine’s as a Best Place to Work is an honor for the firm. It’s a testament to our values and opportunities for growth as we serve organizations and communities across America.
