  • Location: Chicago, Hybrid | Salary Range: $65K - $100K

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Discovery & Strategy: Lead discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate findings into actionable user stories, process maps, and functional requirements.

    • Solution Design & Delivery: Work with architects and developers to design solutions that align with client goals, ensuring long-term success.

    • Testing & Training: Lead testing strategies, create test cases, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide training sessions based on client processes.

    • Ongoing Client Engagement: Act as the point of contact for business requirements, ensure evolving needs are addressed, and identify opportunities for future improvements.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 3+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally with a Salesforce consulting partner.

    • Ability to connect business needs with strategic opportunities, and familiarity with AI and automation tools.

    • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in nonprofit or human services sectors.

    • Experience with digital transformation or multi-phase technology roadmaps.

    • Comfort using AI tools for analysis and user experience improvement.

  • Location: Chicago, Hybrid | Salary Range: $40K - $60K

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation: Cold call and conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.

    • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in human services organizations.

    • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop and execute outreach strategies. Customize presentations and proposals for prospective clients.

    • Industry Engagement: Participate in events and networking opportunities to promote Provisio’s offerings.

    • Client Feedback: Provide insights to product development teams based on client interactions.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or fundraising, preferably in the human services sector.

    • Proven success in meeting sales targets and quotas.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Location: Chicago, Hybrid | Salary Range: $65K - $100K

    Key Responsibilities

    • Data Migration: Lead mapping, transformation, and cleansing of data from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and quality.

    • Reporting: Lead discovery sessions, gather reporting requirements, and train clients on Salesforce reporting, Tableau, and Tableau CRM-A.

    • Data Standards: Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce data, including data mapping strategies and data cleansing processes.

    • Collaboration: Work with Salesforce consultants, developers, and project managers to align data processes with project goals.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 1-3+ years of experience with Business Intelligence platforms and Data Analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Salesforce).

    • Experience in client-facing roles, with knowledge of Salesforce reporting and data formats (e.g., XML, JSON, CSV).

    • Salesforce Analyst Certification required.

    • Familiarity with data cleansing and quality improvement techniques.

  • Location: Chicago, Hybrid | Salary Range: $120K - $180K

    Key Responsibilities

    • Talent & Culture: Manage recruitment, employee engagement, and professional development to attract and retain top talent.

    • Business Development: Lead RFP writing and capture processes, collaborate with Salesforce and internal teams to develop competitive proposals.

    • Operational Excellence: Identify process gaps and create scalable solutions. Track KPIs and ensure efficient handoff from sales to delivery teams.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, business operations, and business development, ideally within consulting or professional services.

    • Proven success with RFP capture and public sector contracting.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strategic and analytical thinking.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in Salesforce consulting or nonprofit/human services sectors.

    • Leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Location: Chicago, Hybrid | Salary Range: $65K - $125K

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Management: Lead day-to-day activities across multiple projects, ensuring plans, budgets, timelines, and resources are effectively managed.

    • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and challenges, escalating issues appropriately to maintain project momentum.

    • Collaboration: Facilitate communication between internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress toward project goals.

    • Tools & Systems: Maintain project tracking systems (Monday.com, OpenAir Netsuite, Salesforce, Google Suite) and support internal reporting.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

    • 5+ years managing CRM implementations, preferably Salesforce, in a consulting environment.

    • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

    • Adaptable, creative problem solver.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

  • Location: Chicago, Hybrid | Salary Range: $95K - $135K

    Key Responsibilities

    • Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and design scalable, robust Salesforce solutions, integrating with other systems.

    • Client Consultation: Provide strategic guidance on best practices, efficiencies, and system solutions throughout implementation and audits.

    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, stakeholders, and teams to prioritize architectural requirements and solutions.

    • Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor team members and lead architectural decisions while fostering a culture of innovation.

    • Implementation & Support: Oversee successful deployment, troubleshoot technical issues, and create technical documentation.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 5+ years of Salesforce configuration experience, with a deep understanding of its architecture and capabilities.

    • Strong client-facing communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

    • Collaborative mindset, with experience leading remote, cross-functional teams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in nonprofit or human services sectors.

  • Location: Chicago, Hybrid | Salary Range: $110K - $170K

    Key Responsibilities

    • Technical Leadership: Lead discovery and design sessions with clients, ensuring solutions align with business goals, budget, and capacity.

    • Solution Design: Design scalable Salesforce solutions, execute integration strategies, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

    • Client Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations on third-party tools, integration patterns, and Salesforce capabilities.

    • Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects, balancing competing demands while ensuring technical integrity and quality delivery.

    • Mentorship: Mentor developers, lead code reviews, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification and at least one Salesforce Architect-level Certification.

    • Experience with integration/middleware tools (MuleSoft, Jitterbit) and Salesforce development (Apex, LWC).

    • Strong systems integration, security model, and API design experience.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
