Talent Sourcer / Recruiter

We are looking for a mission-driven Talent Sourcer to provide exceptional professional sourcing and recruiting expertise to our growing team. We seek an individual who can successfully connect with top talent and build a pipeline of professionals to support the growth of our mission-driven team. This role is also considered a ‘brand ambassador.’ 

Provisio Partners is looking for a skilled technical Talent Sourcer with experience in the full-cycle recruiting process. The ideal candidate will have sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting skills with specific experience sourcing for Salesforce professionals. We are looking for an individual who appreciates human services and the Salesforce ecosystem. We are passionate about building strong relationships with outstanding Salesforce professionals and are looking for someone who understands them and our commitment to helping our clients carry out their missions. 


  • Source, screen, and recruit exceptional job candidates for various direct hire opportunities at Provisio Partners, including Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, Consultants, Solutions Engineers, Technical Architects, and more 
  • Continuous Outreach with Salesforce talent to discuss job opportunities as well as to make connections for general professional relationship building
  • Ability to assess candidates for role fit, level, and motivations by conducting calibrated screenings while presenting and representing Provision Partners’ brand and mission 
  • Maintain industry expertise and deep knowledge of the human services and nonprofit space and an ability to use this expertise to make exceptional fitting connections between Salesforce professionals and Provisio Partners positions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem and develop a strong pipeline of highly-qualified job candidates for Provisio Partners opportunities
  • Use sourcing and recruiting tools to conduct research that supports candidate placements and build and maintain industry expertise to match the highest quality candidates with their ideal roles
  • Maintain an organized database of candidates and job opportunities using multiple applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools 
  • Stay organized while managing multiple competing priorities with careful attention to detail 


  • Experience in screening Salesforce professionals within the human services space while building a strong pipeline of qualified passive and active candidates well suited for a variety of technical roles 
  • Ability to conduct candidate and job description research and use a thorough understanding of job requirements and candidate skills to make ideal connections between highly-qualified candidates and available positions 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly adept at creating and maintaining critical relationships with a variety of highly-skilled Salesforce professionals
  • Effective time-management skills, ability to manage competing priorities and attend to the needs of multiple candidates and job prospects throughout the day 
  • Experience with candidate outreach and relationship building within the Salesforce ecosystem using LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools to connect with a high volume of candidates throughout the day
