Solutions Architect

The ideal Solutions Architect will be curious, mission-driven, self-reliant and eager to learn. Our SAs are all client-facing and are expected to provide technical leadership on all steps in a project’s lifecycle including demonstration, discovery, design, configuration and development, testing, data migration, integration development, and support. The Solutions Architect must have a strong understanding of and experience implementing projects on the Salesforce platform and will lead the project team on the configuration and development of the appropriate solution for the client needs and project scope. Strong candidates will be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously and possess good interpersonal skills. This position offers strong growth possibilities with the opportunity to assume leadership responsibilities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in discovery sessions with clients 
  • Clearly articulate technical details and considerations to non-technical stakeholders
  • Design performant solutions on the Salesforce platform for small to medium sized projects
  • Technical leadership of projects, including task management and estimation, sprint and resource management
  • Provide recommendations to clients on third party applications
  • Determine and implement project lifecycle strategies
  • Estimate and support data migration efforts
  • Provide ad hoc technical assistance to team members across the organization

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years experience in a Salesforce development or configuration role
  • Experience designing solutions and data models on the Salesforce platform
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture
  • Familiarity with SFDX, CI, Git, and other deployment lifecycle management tools
  • Competency in the Salesforce security model and best practices
  • Deep understanding of the declarative capabilities of the Force.com platform
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Dev 1 Certification
  • At least 1 architect-level Salesforce Certification
  • At least 1 consultant-level Salesforce Certification
