The ideal Senior Technical Consultant will be mission-driven, self-reliant and eager to learn. Our consultants are all client-facing and may be involved in all steps in a project’s lifecycle including demonstration, discovery, design, configuration and development, testing, data migration, integration development, and support. The Senior Technical Consultant will lead the technical aspects of projects and must have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Pre-sales Support – preparation for custom client demonstrations
- Technical Design and Data Modeling
- Coordination of both internal technical staff and offshore resources
- Oversight of enhancements to the birdseye Code Base
- Support of development lifecycle and testing
- Code audits to ensure compliance with coding best practices and documentation standards
- Service desk support for tier 3 escalated tickets
Required Experience/Credentials
- Development of lighting components and visualforce pages, Apex pages
- Design and architecture of custom solutions on the force.com platform
- Data migration
- Systems integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security design best practices
- Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) experience
- Understanding of the declarative capabilities of the Force.com platform
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Degree in Computer Science related discipline or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Developer 1 certification
