Jennifer is a Consultant on the Customer Success Team for Provisio Partners; she has worked on the Salesforce platform since 2011. Her work experience includes Salesforce implementations, development and delivery of end user training, and customer success. She has worked as a Salesforce business analyst in the public sector as well as the non-profit sector.
Jennifer is client focused and believes that the clients’ success drives her success. She excels at troubleshooting issues, theorizing the root cause and finding a solution and collaborating with the appropriate people to help resolve issues to find the best solution.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She also has the following Salesforce certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Certified. She currently lives in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois with her husband and two children. In her free time she enjoys planning trips to Walt Disney World for her family and friends.
