Dion is part of our Customer Success team supporting Provisio clients with his expertise in Quality Assurance and Salesforce Administration. With his attention to detail, Dion ensures the configuration and development of Salesforce meets all technical and functional requirements as defined by Provisio clients. He prides himself on being an active listener and working well with others to best address needs. Dion is passionate about assisting others.
Prior to Provisio, Dion has worked alongside delivery teams focused on Nonprofit and Public sector initiatives. Most notably, he was responsible for the successful deployment of statewide voter registration and veterans services applications.
Dion lives in Chicago and enjoys spending time with his family when not learning through Salesforce Trailhead.
