Leadership

Craig Maki is the Chief Strategy Officer at Provisio Partners. He is passionate about working at the intersection of social work and technology to help those in need – the discovery of transformational impact. Craig’s hope is to bring more dignity, honor, and respect to the way we serve people. If we use the technology right, we don’t have to have people retell terrible circumstances that brought them in the door.

He is an experienced social worker who started his career working in residential care, substance treatment, and schools, and most recently served as Chief Executive Officer at a large multi-ethnic/multi-program human services organization in Chicago. He strives to provide opportunities for people who want to change their lives. With technology, it’s possible to build and deliver an integrated network of services that can make a real difference for individuals and families. 

Craig received his Doctorate in Education from National-Louis University, Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and his undergraduate degree from Hope College. Craig loves being in and on the water with his wife, daughter, and dogs. When not dockside, the Maki family can be found running around the north side of Chicago where they reside. 

Erica Cox is the Chief Information Officer and Managing Partner at Provisio Partners. She works with organizations to build a vision of the possible on the Salesforce platform and ensures that our team executes on that vision. She has architected solutions for dozens of human services organizations across many program areas.

Erica earned a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois and has experience with numerous technology platforms. She is a certified Application Architect and is 10x Salesforce certified.

She lives in downtown Chicago and enjoys traveling, cooking and great restaurants. She worked as a school librarian for several years and is always ready with a book recommendation.

Frank DiBartolomeo is the Chief Financial Officer at Provisio Partners. He is responsible for overseeing Provisio’s fiscal functions and developing and evaluating strategic initiatives.

Frank is an experienced strategist with a passion for growing businesses and challenging the status quo. He is an accomplished finance and chief executive with many years’ experience leading both nonprofit and private organizations to successful growth through strategic business innovation. Frank has 17 years of experience in nonprofit executive leadership helping struggling agencies leverage technology to complement their business plans for success.

As a nonprofit executive, several years ago, Frank implemented Salesforce technology to help transform case management for developmentally disabled individuals. He received his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and used it to help promote empowerment and leadership for staff that turned around two struggling nonprofit agencies. He considers himself a constant learner to improve himself or learn about new resources.

Frank likes to practice Vipassana Meditation, enjoy his family, travel to new destinations, and cheer for the Cubs.

Julie is a transformational leader and change agent distinguished in her ability to connect complex ideas with seemingly unrelated parts and order them in ways that help a wide range of stakeholders with diverse goals get on the same page. Her contagious enthusiasm and passionate belief in collaboration inspire people to come to the table, engage in the conversation, and make meaningful contributions. 

Julie’s field-tested expertise in community partnership-building, youth development, education and curriculum development, network and coalition strengthening, cultural policy, and gender and health equity has helped numerous organizations develop and implement strategic plans, design new business models, and evaluate programs. Recent clients for which Julie led client engagements include Prep for Prep, the Corporation for Enterprise Development (Prosperity Now), the Legacy Foundation/Truth Campaign, Great Oaks Charter School Network, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), National Audubon Society, Youthbuild Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Education Fund, Girls Inc., Deaconess Foundation, UnidosUS (formerly National Council of La Raza), Charity Navigator, Healthcare Georgia Foundation, the National Wildlife Federation, Bard Prison Initiative, Wikimedia Foundation, the Gates Foundation, and Open Society Foundations.

Before joining Provisio, Julie built and led the Nonprofit Effectiveness practice at TCC Group, a national social sector consulting firm dedicated to partnering with leaders to solve complex social problems for over a decade. She previously served as the Founding Director of the Cricket Island Foundation in New York City, which empowers young people to become leaders of social justice in their communities and the world around them. Julie also co-founded Benevolent.net, a philanthropic social network fostering direct connections between donors and those in need. 

An active author and speaker, Julie has been published in scholarly journals and presented at many national and international conferences, including recent appearances at the Independent Sector (Upswell), Grantmakers for Effective Organizations, Grantmakers for Health, Alliance for Nonprofit Management, Mission Capital and Philanthropy Miami conferences. She holds an M.A. in Educational Policy and an M.F.A in Choreography and Performance from New York University, and a B.A. from Oberlin College. She also holds Executive Business Education Certification from Harvard, Stanford, and Northwestern Universities.

Julie relies on yoga to keep her sane and loves spending time in beautiful places outdoors and hanging out with her amazing family. 

Julie Strand is the Director of Nonprofit Growth at Provisio Partners. She comes to Provisio Partners with over 20 years of Sales and Business Development experience, with the last 11 years focused on the nonprofit sector. Julie started her nonprofit experience as a VP, Development for Junior Achievement. Interested in supporting missions across all nonprofit sub-verticals, Julie joined Salesforce.org where she had the opportunity to work with all sizes and types of organizations. During her time at Salesforce.org, she specialized in working with Human Service and International Development organizations. She is joining Provisio from Splunk after building a nonprofit sales vertical focused on the security and IT operational needs of nonprofit organizations.

Julie is passionate about ensuring nonprofit organizations have the right technology and resources in place to help drive donation growth, manage programs efficiently, and accomplish their missions.

Kim Collins is the Chief Delivery Officer at Provisio Partners. She leads the Delivery Team in the execution of successful projects that are on time and on budget. She has over 15 years of experience leading teams within the Public and Nonprofit sectors to achieve results through continuous innovation, organizational growth, and outcomes measurement.

Kim is a driver of strategy and is passionate about Human Service’s Policy and the role that data can have in driving long-term change. Kim loves working as a Thought Partner with organizations across the country to determine how they can leverage Salesforce to best serve their constituents.

Kim graduated Magna Cum Laude from Valparaiso University. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two sons, where they enjoy spending time watching Chicago Cubs baseball.

Pete DuCharme is the Director of New Business at Provisio Partners. He comes to Provisio with over ten years of consulting experience. His role is to assess clients’ needs and utilize our technology solutions to enable human service organizations to better serve their constituents. Pete was originally exposed to Salesforce during an implementation with his employer and fell in love with the power of Salesforce!

Pete resides in the south suburbs of Chicago where he enjoys time with his family. His hobbies include cooking as well as trying out different workouts to stay active.

Rayshaun is the Director of Technical Architecture at Provisio. He has over 20+ years of career-based technology work experience in public and private sector startups, SMEs, and large enterprises and over 100+ successful projects across multiple industries, disciplines, and cross-functional areas. He brings software development and engineering, business process expertise, senior thought and strategic leadership, innovation, enterprise architecture, strategic product management, security analysis, senior project management, operations and maintenance, industry best practices, and communication skills to all clients and customers.

Rayshaun is passionate about video gaming, especially FPS and RPG games, and doing side projects developing gaming servers. He enjoys producing beats/instrumentals in his spare time. Last but not least, he is very enthusiastic about charity work, teaching, and mentoring and is involved in several charitable initiatives through nonprofit organizations.

Rebbeca has over twenty years of experience in communications, marketing, customer service, and client relationship management. 


Rebbeca has extensive experience with Public Sector clients. Rebbeca serves as a Director, Solution Architect, and Account/Project Manager for the Provisio Public Sector team. She is fourteen times certified /accredited on the Salesforce.com platform and holds an MBA from Walsh College.

Samantha Stoterau is the Director of Delivery for Provisio Partners. She has over 10 years of diverse training experiences with public sector enterprises. Her work history includes curriculum development, education, and training execution.

Samantha is passionate about motivating individuals to perform at personal-best levels by optimizing their use of technology in the workplace. In this position, she most enjoys driving others to experience those aha moments – the moments that allow constituents to understand their greater impact due to the transformative nature of Provisio’s Salesforce technologies.

Samantha earned a Bachelor of Science in Career and Technical Education (CTE) from Eastern Illinois University, graduating with Highest Distinction and earning the Outstanding Senior Award for Career and Technical Education graduates. She currently resides just outside of Chicago, Illinois and enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.

Travis Bloomfield is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Provisio Partners. He is a prior military executive with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. He is a passionate leader who demonstrates best by example, character, and vision while serving Provisio team members, clients, and partners.

At his core, Travis is a lifelong learner and consultant with an enthusiastic approach to addressing challenges in our communities through creative solutions that connect the Public sector and Nonprofits related to Human Services.

Before founding Provisio, Travis enjoyed the last two decades working with mission-driven clients to address their unique challenges. He has remained focused on servant leadership, whether directly consulting, providing executive oversight, or leading organizations. Travis began his professional career as an Air Traffic Controller in the United States Air Force.

When not traveling for work or pleasure, Travis can be found working in the yard, enjoying 18 holes, bird-watching, and spending time with his whacky family.
