Travis Bloomfield and Erica Cox met in July of 2015, collaborating on data implementation projects for Chicago Public Schools. They saw how technology transformed people. Inspired, they expanded the business to serve nonprofit and developmental disabilities organizations, as well as higher education and K-12.
In September 2016, they recognized the powerful nature of Salesforce for nonprofits and public sector human services organizations passionate about creating positive change. One year later, on November 1, 2017, they formed Provisio Partners.
Today, Provisio Partners has grown to more than 55 human-inspired people.

Travis Bloomfield
CEO/ Managing PartnerTravis is a prior military executive with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. He is a passionate leader who demonstrates best by example, character, and vision while serving Provisio team members, clients, and partners. At his core, Travis is a lifelong learner and consultant with an ardent approach to addressing challenges in our communities through creative solutions that connect the Public sector and Nonprofits related to Human Services.
Prior to founding Provisio, Travis has enjoyed the last two decades working with mission driven clients to address their unique challenges. Whether directly consulting, providing executive oversight, or leading organizations, he has remained focused on servant leadership. Travis began his professional career as an Air Traffic Controller in the United States Air Force.
Travis resides in Chicago and when not traveling for work or pleasure can be found working in the yard or finishing his pilot’s license.
ERICA COX
CIO/ Managing PartnerAs the Chief Innovation Officer, Erica works with organizations to build a vision of the possible on the Salesforce platform and ensures that our team executes on that vision. She has architected solutions for dozens of human services organizations across many program areas.
Erica earned a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois and has experience with numerous technology platforms. She is a certified Application Architect and is 10x Salesforce certified.
She lives in downtown Chicago and enjoys traveling, cooking and great restaurants. She worked as a school librarian for several years and is always ready with a book recommendation.
KIM COLLINS
Delivery DirectorKim leads the Delivery Team in the execution of successful projects that are on time and on budget. She has over 15 years of experience leading teams within the Public and Nonprofit sectors to achieve results through continuous innovation, organizational growth, and outcomes measurement.
Kim is a driver of strategy and is passionate about Human Service’s Policy and the role that data can have in driving long-term change. Kim loves working as a Thought Partner with organizations across the country to determine how they can leverage Salesforce to best serve their constituents.
Kim graduated Magna Cum Laude from Valparaiso University. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two sons, where they enjoy spending time watching Chicago Cubs baseball.
Frank DiBartolomeo
Chief Financial OfficerAs the Chief Financial Officer, Frank is responsible for overseeing Provisio’s fiscal functions and developing and evaluating strategic initiatives.
Frank is an experienced strategist with a passion for growing businesses and challenging the status quo. He is an accomplished finance and chief executive with many years’ experience leading both nonprofit and private organizations to successful growth through strategic business innovation. Frank has 17 years of experience in nonprofit executive leadership helping struggling agencies leverage technology to complement their business plans for success.
As a nonprofit executive, several years ago, Frank implemented Salesforce technology to help transform case management for developmentally disabled individuals. He received his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and used it to help promote empowerment and leadership for staff that turned around two struggling nonprofit agencies. He considers himself a constant learner to improve himself or learn about new resources.
Frank likes to practice Vipassana Meditation, enjoy his family, travel to new destinations, and cheer for the Cubs.

Ted is a graduate of Drexel University with a BS in Finance and Marketing. He resides in Toms River, NJ where he enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities, time spent with family, and being a proud “Pop Pop” to his granddaughter, Adeline.
Thomas Horst
Solutions ConsultantThomas comes to Provisio Partners from the Nonprofit/Health and Human Services (HHS) industry. His experience having had multiple roles within a large, $320M+ operating budget, multi-services Nonprofit organization delivering 70+ programs in 6 different states as a Project Manager and Data Evaluation/CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) specialist, has helped Thomas understand the unique challenges his customers face and how to best leverage data management technology to help them achieve their mission.
Most important to Thomas, however, is his burning desire to “pay it forward” in Life. His passion for listening to his customers’ needs and goals and helping them in designing, creating and implementing solutions – having walked a mile in their shoes – has been a key factor in the success of his implementation projects and in forming long-term relationships with his clients.
When not engaged in trying to make the world a better place employing Salesforce.org solutions, you will find Thomas on a beach in Mexico, attending a Modern Home Architecture tour, walking or kayaking on Austin’s Town Lake, fly fishing in Montana or Colorado, trying out the delicacies at a new restaurant or food truck, trying to Salsa dance, running with the bulls and listening to Flamenco guitar in Pamplona, Spain or shopping for shoes with his wife and two daughters.
Pete Ducharme
Solutions ConsultantPete comes to Provisio with over ten years of consulting experience. His role is to assess clients’ needs and utilize our technology solutions to enable human service organizations to better serve their constituents. Pete was originally exposed to Salesforce during an implementation with his employer and fell in love with the power of Salesforce!
Pete resides in the south suburbs of Chicago where he enjoys time with his family. His hobbies include cooking as well as trying out different workouts to stay active.
Alec Winston
Business Development RepresentativeAlec is a Business Development Representative for Provisio Partners, working in conjunction with both Sales and Marketing to help generate new business for the firm. His previous work experience includes roles involving customer support, event management, and hospitality services.
Alec graduated from Marquette University in 2019 with a degree in both Marketing and Finance from the College of Business Administration. At Marquette, he participated in various clubs and organizations including Marquette Radio where he co-hosted a weekly sports talk show.
During his free time Alec enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoying the Chicago lakefront, or hitting the links for a round of golf. As a Wisconsin sports fan, he’ll never say no to talking sports with his Chicago coworkers.

Technical LeadDavid is the Technical Lead for Provisio Partners. His current responsibilities include architecting solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients and providing technical leadership for team members. His background includes working with Health Care Analytics, Compliance, Cloud, SAAS and Customer Support domains. He currently holds the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 certification in addition to many technical industry certifications.
David earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois. He currently resides in Chicago and is still an Illini fan. As an avid runner, he enjoys traveling the country in search of interesting races.
Keith Snider
Technical LeadKeith is a Senior Consultant and functions as a technical lead on the delivery team, designing Salesforce solutions based on requirements captured in discovery and leading the implementation build while supporting the development team.
He has been consulting and delivering on the Salesforce platform since 2014, with 3 years specifically for nonprofits and is 8x certified with Salesforce. He is passionate about problem solving and finding solutions that drive impact.

She has over 10 years’ experience working in the non-profit sector as a program manager for early childhood, homeless services, and health care access programs. Lisa Stefanik
Business Analyst/Senior ConsultantMs. Lisa Stefanik, Senior Consultant, is a PMI® certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 10 years of project management expertise. Lisa leads and supports project teams and assists with analytic and project management processes at Provisio. She thrives when finding creative and complete client service solutions and has experience doing so in both the public and private sectors. Prior to her career move to project management and consulting, Lisa worked in both public sector and non-profit work environments.
Lisa earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Sociology with a Concentration on Research and Analysis focus and an Environmental Studies minor. She proudly considers herself both a Badger Alumni and a lover of data and analysis for life. She also completed her Master of Business Administration degree from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a management / marketing focus. On the weekends, you’ll find Lisa – a certified yoga instructor – leading students through 90 minutes of hot yoga in a 105 degree room, baking for her family, or petting a dog.
Susan Lee
Business Analyst/Senior ConsultantSusan Lee is a Salesforce Project Manager and Business Analyst on the Delivery Team at Provisio Partners. Her primary focus is to help nonprofits optimize their processes so that they can spend more time fulfilling their mission.
After several career transitions, Susan primarily identifies herself as an advocate. Her life’s purpose is to elevate people’s lives, whether it’s through teaching or sharing resources. She has a 11+ years of experience in the education and non-profit sector, specifically 3 years of Salesforce experience within the non-profit field.
Susan is originally from Philly where she attended Temple University for her Bachelors in Secondary Education & Mathematics and Masters degree in Educational Leadership. She is Project Management Professional Certified, 4x Certified in Salesforce (so far!), and her proudest career moment was being awarded “Teacher of the Year” in the School District of Philadelphia in 2013.
Susan currently lives in Germany with her active-duty Army husband where she is working towards her goal of traveling to “40 countries by 40 years old.” She practices yoga, chain-reads books, re-watches “The Office,” and cuddles with her two senior dogs, Toshi and Penny.
Katie Sulau

Katie is driven to help organizations navigate organizational change and build strong operational cores from which creative and impactful programs can grow and take hold. She has put this work into practice as an Operations Director at an advocacy organization, as an independent consultant working with a range of organizations just getting started, and now with Provisio where she has the opportunity to expand the technology toolbox for clients who are serving their communities in inspiring ways.
Katie graduated from Michigan State University with degrees in Journalism and Social Relations and Policy. She’s a Cincinnati native and now lives in Chicago where she enjoys the best of both worlds — a big city and a great lake.

Business Analyst/AdminLisa is a Consultant at Provisio Partners, where she works with clients to design, configure, and administer impactful solutions. She loves being able to use creative problem solving and technology to enhance missions and drive social good.
Lisa is Salesforce certified and has 10 years of business management experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining Provisio she worked with government contractors, consulting partners, a nonprofit institute, and as an independent consultant, using business systems to streamline operations and facilitate growth. She received her B.S. degree in Finance and Communications from the University of Maryland.

Jennifer Chang

Sidney Bloomfield
Data Analytics AssociateSidney is part of Provisio’s delivery team focusing on Impact and Mission Measurement. With expertise in the collection, organization, analysis, display, and interpretation of data, Sidney utilizes Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Tableau to work with Provisio clients. Sidney is impassioned by Provisio clients and their missions. She works to ensure their stories are told and goals understood.
Sidney is currently a senior at The George Washington University where she will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics with a focus in Data Science. As Sidney finishes her degree in Statistics, she has also designated time to continue educating herself on Salesforce’s Einstein Analytics and Tableau.
When not studying in Washington D.C., Sidney is playing softball for the George Washington varsity team. She has been named to the Athletic Dean’s list as well as being honored for the Atlantic10 All-Rookie Team, All Atlantic10 Second Team, and All National Invitational Softball Championship (NISC) Liberty Regional Team. Josefine Hansen
Data Analytics AssociateJosefine is a Data Analyst Associate with Provisio’s delivery team where she interprets and analyzes data using Tableau and Einstein Analytics. She has experience working with large scientific data sets from her internships at AstraZeneca working under the Cardiovascular Renal Metabolism Research department.
Josefine is currently in her last semester at Bay Path University where she will be graduating with a Master of Science in Applied Data Science. Prior to studying at Bay Path University, she attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, New York where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2019. While studying at RPI, Josefine was part of the Division I ice hockey team where she was honored as the Assistant Captain during her Senior year. Josefine also had the honor of playing ice hockey for her home country, Denmark, where she was awarded Best Defenseman in the 2016 IIHF World Championship. In her free time, she loves being a hockey coach for kids.

Customer Success LeadSamantha is the Customer Success Team Lead for Provisio Partners; she has over 10 years of diverse training experiences with public sector enterprises. Her work history includes curriculum development, education, and training execution.
Samantha is passionate about motivating individuals to perform at personal-best levels by optimizing their use of technology in the workplace. In this position, she most enjoys driving others to experience those aha moments – the moments that allow constituents to understand their greater impact due to the transformative nature of Provisio’s Salesforce technologies.
Samantha earned a Bachelor of Science in Career and Technical Education (CTE) from Eastern Illinois University, graduating with Highest Distinction and earning the Outstanding Senior Award for Career and Technical Education graduates. She currently resides just outside of Chicago, Illinois and enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.
Fran Morgan
Senior Training ConsultantFran Morgan is a well-seasoned training delivery and documentation consultant who takes a wide view of the whole audience as it relates to user acceptance and performance.
Before coming to Provisio Partners, Fran spent thirty plus years in Training & Development, Organizational Change Management and Communications. After a successful career helping business equipment corporations such as Toshiba, Canon USA and Eastman Kodak, Fran now provides consulting services to non-profit organizations, which is where her training career started with a statewide initiative providing childcare education and support to pregnant teens. Fran inherently understands that the customer is the single most important asset an organization can have and is driven by the pursuit of customer-driven focus, ideals and user experience.
She has a passion for flower gardening and is currently learning to play golf. She is also the proud owner of “Rocky”, a black long haired, miniature dachshund and the winner of the 2018 Milwaukee October Festival “Best Weiner Dog” contest!
Fran currently lives in the Chicago suburbs with Rocky, her two cats, Maryanne and Scout, and her fiancé. She has three children and five grandchildren that are in her words her greatest accomplishment and love in life (her fiancé included).
Jennifer Tweed
ConsultantJennifer is a Consultant on the Customer Success Team for Provisio Partners; she has worked on the Salesforce platform since 2011. Her work experience includes Salesforce implementations, development and delivery of end user training, and customer success. She has worked as a Salesforce business analyst in the public sector as well as the non-profit sector.
Jennifer is client focused and believes that the clients’ success drives her success. She excels at troubleshooting issues, theorizing the root cause and finding a solution and collaborating with the appropriate people to help resolve issues to find the best solution.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Zachary Rinke

With over 10 years of experience in the Nonprofit sector, he understands first-hand the time constraints that Human Service organizations often face and the importance of a quality data system that can help to mitigate these challenges. He is driven by the desire to help Human Service organizations function as efficiently as possible.
Zac earned a Bachelor of Science in Human and Educational Services from Illinois State University and has served in the US Army Reserve since 2009. He currently resides in Chicago, Illinois with his wife and son. In his spare time, Zac enjoys playing his drum set, watching the Cubs, and spending time with his family.
Evan Bloomfield
ConsultantAs a consultant with Provisio, Evan is part of our Customer Success team supporting clients through Salesforce Administration, Quality Assurance, General Support, and Training. In addition, Evan works with Provisio’s core delivery team with responsibilities that vary from Salesforce Administration tasks, requirements validation, and functional script creation. He prides himself on being an active listener and working well with others to best address needs. Evan is passionate about assisting others.
Prior to Provisio, Evan instructed and delivered services to those in need within the healthcare setting. Evan played collegiate baseball while attending Purdue University Northwest.
He currently lives in the Chicagoland area. Outside of his work he enjoys coaching baseball, watching sports, and being outdoors, preferably on a lake.
John Vander Weit iii
ConsultantJohn is a member of the Customer Success Team at Provisio Partners helping to lead the Service Desk. He manages customer support tickets and makes sure that clients are fully utilizing Salesforce.
Salesforce offers the instant ability to make impactful changes for clients, which is what keeps work exciting each day. John has a long history of supporting CRM implementations and is a Salesforce Certified Administrator with a B.S. in Marketing from DePaul University.

Marjorie Justice
ConsultantMarjorie brings to Provisio over two decades of experience in adult education, from corporate training and development in healthcare industries to university teaching. She loves testing new software and writing clear and concise documentation that will make life easier for clients who don’t necessarily want or need to know all the technical details. Does this make her a bit of a nerd? Yes. Yes, it does.
When her head isn’t inside a book, Marjorie is entertaining her two sons, practicing yoga, or making a rather sad attempt to learn French. She currently lives in Saint Louis with her family but travels to her hometown of Chicago as often as possible for her pizza fix.

Frankie Gray
Senior Consultant and Digital Experience StrategistFrankie Gray brings 25 plus years of consulting strategy experience, with a focus on analysis-led Outreach Communications and Marketing Engagement, to his current role as a Senior Consultant and Digital Experience Strategist at Provisio Partners. Frankie is responsible for building consulting-best-practices specific to our clients’ marketing outreach efforts of Donor Giving and Event Fundraising as well as the marketing management of Provisio Partners brand positioning and channel messaging alignment.
His analytical expertise of data-driven content and creating engaging campaign strategies have helped the organizations he has worked with to better identify high-value segment opportunities as well as to thoroughly understand audience segmentation and giving trends. Frankie is also a current and participating member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
Over the years, Frankie has worked with companies of all sizes and in vertical markets including Educational Institutions, Marketing Agencies, Nonprofit Organizations, Manufacturers, Franchise Groups and Professional Sports Teams. As both a business and marketing strategist, he has provided his clients with consultative insight and engagement best practices about the importance of turning data into actionable insight that drives audience response and yields a broader scope of return.
Frankie currently resides on Chicago’s north side and in his free time can often be found attending Horror Conventions and counting down the days until Halloween. He also enjoys the hunt for vintage collectables while scavenging at his favorite antique malls and flea markets.

Although she has a passion for advertising, she is thrilled to be working at a firm that helps human services organizations better serve their communities.
Madison graduated from Marquette University in 2019 with a BA in Advertising and Marketing. During her four years at MU, she held various marketing and paid media positions; she grew passionate about strategic communications, behavioral data analysis, and creative thinking. She’s worked with a wide array of industries and brands, including Corteva Agricultural chemical company, Montana Office of Tourism, Napoleon grills, and Wahl grooming products. Her most significant accomplishment to date was leading the promotion of the Milwaukee2020 Campaign, a successful initiative to bringing the Democratic National Convention to Milwaukee, WI.
Madison currently resides in Milwaukee, where she enjoys a good brew, friendly Wisconsin conversation, and giving attention to her quirky cat, Mr. Boo. However, her main priority involves spending quality time with her beloved, kooky family.
Elyse Campion
Marketing & Communications AssociateElyse is the Marketing and Communications Associate for Provisio Partners. In her role, she manages Provisio’s social media and website messaging to provide a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities and channels. She also works closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to follow competitive trends and help plan which conferences and events Provisio Partners should have a presence at.
Elyse graduated from Marquette University in 2019 with a degree in Public Relations and Human Resources. At Marquette, she was involved in the sorority Pi Beta Phi serving as the Senior Member Coordinator. She gained valuable experience in nonprofits through her internships with Best Buddies Wisconsin and VISIT Milwaukee.
Outside of work, Elyse is a member of the Misericordia’s Women’s League. She also enjoys traveling to the mountains, hanging out with friends and family, looking for the best happy hour deals in Chicago, and attending sporting events.

Director of OperationsSue (aka: Office Mom) is the Director of Operations for Provisio Partners; she handles the day to day operation of the firm, accounts receivables and payables along with the human resource responsibilities for the staff here at Provisio.
Sue comes to Provisio with 11 years of experience in the Commercial Flooring Industry working as a Project Coordinator for one of the largest Premier Partners in the industry. Her attention to detail and organizational skills have led to her successes. From the planning and coordination of our corporate events, assisting with the growth of the firm, and listening to our staff and customers, her attention to detail and organizational skills have led to her successes.
Outside of the office Sue enjoys traveling with her beloved husband & three adult kids, an Orange Theory Fitness (OTF) workout, as well as an occasional wine walk with the family dog or snuggles by their two cats.
